Don't forget to pay 2024 REALTOR® membership before 10/31/2023 to avoid a late fee!

 

Why isn't there an early-bird amount this year?  There is -- you're paying the same amount of CBR dues ($360) for 2024 as you did in 2023.  It's just that dues are due in October - calling it an "early-bird" fee was confusing to members.  So we're marketing differently for 2024 -- if you wait to pay in Nov or Dec, you'll incur "late fees".  

 

Do I have to pay RPAC?  Your RPAC investment is voluntary.  If you choose to invest in RPAC, and you're paying with a check, you will be asked to submit 2 checks -- one for dues ($885), one for RPAC ($25).

 

What if I pay my dues in October and decide later that I don't want to be a member in 2024?  Membership dues are non-refundable. If you're not sure if you want to be a member in 2024, do NOT pay your dues in October -- wait until you are absolutely certain you want to be a member.
