Laramie County is proposing updates to its Land Use Regulations, affecting commercial and residential development in unincorporated areas. Anyone who lives in rural Laramie County or sells homes in rural Laramie county should review the materials on the Planning and Development website, where you can also submit feedback via a public comment form. An interactive map is available to check proposed zoning designations for specific properties. The Laramie County Building Department will be holding an Open House on Wednesday, November 20th from 4-6 p.m. at their offices located in the Archer Complex for those interested in learning about what updates are being made to Building Codes in this cycle and to answer questions about the Land Use Regulations. If your schedule doesn't allow you to attend the meeting, Commissioner Malm invites you to reach out to him with your questions. Don’t miss this opportunity to stay informed and provide input.
