- The Cheyenne Board of REALTORS® hosts several opportunities each year to help you grow in your business AND earn credits towards your real estate license renewal. The Professional Development Committee is currently planning events and classes for 2025 – join in on the brainstorming and planning session on November 13th, 11 am at the CBR Office.
- The Wyoming REALTORS® offers several opportunities throughout the year to fulfill your membership requirement of training on the REALTORS® Code of Ethics and offers education classes during their annual Conference. If you need Ethics training before December 31st, be sure to register for the in-person class that will be held on November 19th in Cheyenne.
- The National Association of REALTORS® and its affiliated Institutes, Societies, and Councils provide a wide range of designations, certifications, and endorsements that help members increase their skills, proficiency, and knowledge. - A proposed constitution amendment would allow for residential properties to be a separate tax classification from "all others". Learn about Constitution Amendment A here.

Laramie County Planning and Development is currently proposing a significant update to the Laramie County Land Use Regulations which provide regulatory guidance for all commercial and residential developments within unincorporated Laramie County, WY. Review the materials on the Planning and Development Website and come to CBR's Public Policy Committee Meeting on November 13th @ 1 pm to discuss!
The Laramie County Building Department will be holding an Open House on Wednesday, November 20th from 4-6 p.m. for those interested in learning about what updates are being made to Building Codes in this cycle. Staff will be available to answer code questions or any others related to permitting requirements and processes.
