Don’t forget......all REALTOR® members (yes, appraisers are REALTORS® too!) must complete at least 2.5 hours of training on the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics. There's still time & opportunities to fulfill your training requirement:
- #1 - October 9th, 1:30 - 4:30 pm -- Ethics with Daryl Braham - 3 hours continuing education AND it satisfies NAR's membership requirement. Register here
- #2 - November 19th, 9 am - 4 pm -- Ethics with Paul Wells - 6 hours continuing education AND it satisfies NAR's membership requirement PLUS qualifies you to sit on Grievance and Pro Standards Hearings. Registration opens Oct 18th
- #3 - Online FREE training from NAR -- no CE credits given, but does satisfy NAR's membership requirement.
- #4 - Various online courses at The CE Shop -- there's a cost for the classes, most qualify for ce credits for your license, and they do meet NAR's membership requirement.
- #5 - Online classes from McKissock Learning. There is a cost for the classes, most qualify for ce credits for your license, and they do meet NAR's membership requirement.
- Before taking any other on-line course, please contact the CBR office to be certain they meet NAR's membership requirement.
- If you've already completed a course, please let us know which Ethics course you completed by emailing us your certificate of completion.
- NOTE: If you completed C2EX in 2022, 2023, or 2024, please just email us and let us know that information (there is currently a "glitch" and C2EX isn't talking to M1).

REALTOR® membership dues are due October 1st! Membership dues are $946 (including a voluntary RPAC investment) for REALTOR® members (yes, appraisers are REALTORS® too), and $250 for Affiliate Members. Remember, dues are split between the 3 levels of associations (2 levels for Affiliates).
REALTOR® Membership Dues:
- National Association of REALTORS® = $201
- Wyoming REALTORS® = $360
- Cheyenne Board of REALTORS® = $360
- Voluntary RPAC investment* = $25
Affiliate Membership Dues:
- Wyoming REALTORS® = $100
- Cheyenne Board of REALTORS® = $150

*Contributions to RPAC are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amounts indicated are merely guidelines and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amounts. The National Association of REALTORS® and its state and local associations will not favor or disadvantage any member because of the amount contributed or decision not to contribute. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. 70% of each contribution is used by your state PAC to support state and local political candidates;30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. 30116.
