August is filled with Back2School events!

Back 2 School Bash!
The CBR Public Relations Committee is supporting the Back 2 School Bash by volunteering to sort school supplies and stuff backpacks on August 13th and 14th. Stay tuned for more details so you can join in on the fun!
Last year there was a shortage of backpacks. If you'd like to donate a backpack or two, you can drop your donation off at the CBR Office or participate in the School Supply Drive on Aug 10th & 11th from 10 am - 3 pm at WalMart (Dell Range) or Target.

The CBR Public Relations Committee and #ForMak are partnering once again to ask the community to "Slow Down and Watch for Kids" on the first day of school (August 26th). Community volunteers will be needed to wave signs as drivers approach school zones. Keep an eye on your email inbox for the signup details!

Don't forget—new MLS rules and bylaws go into effect on August 1st. This means compensation offered to cooperating brokers can no longer be displayed in Paragon, including in the Remarks and Addendum fields, and written agreements for buyers are now required. Ask your brokers how your office will implement these new rules.
