We'll complete March with an Artificial Intelligence education class taught by our friend, Scott Richard (former WY REALTORS® President)
April is Fair Housing Month and we have a Fair Housing is FUN luncheon planned on April 24th.
Steve Willoughby will also be teaching the Fair Housing and Anti Trust continuing education class (a WREC Requireds Class) on April 24th. Class starts at 9:30, we'll break for the Fair Housing is Fun luncheon from 11:30 - 12:30, and resume class at 12:30, with class ending at 2:30. (There was a suggestion on the Membership Survey to adjust the class start/end times to help with parents who have to get kids to/from school.....so it's an experiment, be sure to let us know what you think of the times!)

Congratulations 2025 Bowl-a-Rama Champs Ben Rayl, Cliff Ferree, Erianna Standifer, and Brady Cates. Yep, they successfully defended their 2024 title.

Almost a perfect game! Garry Chadwick came so close to a flawless 300 score! Garry humbly says it was just luck - but either way, I know who I want on my team next year!

Fantastic Turnout at last week's Agency & Contracts class! A big Thank You to the Brokers, Associate Brokers, and Sales Associates who joined us for 8 hours of continuing education. Attendees refreshed their knowledge of Wyoming Real Estate laws, connected with peers, and elevated their professional expertise.

We received an email from the Wyoming REALTORS^®with an update on the new WY Forms!

In case you missed it - the WY REALTORS^® Forms Committee has been working diligently reviewing and updating each and every form housed in the Forms Library. The message stated the official copy-written Forms Library will be updated in late May of 2025. Members will be notified of the official launch date -- stay tuned!

Also in Wyoming REALTORS^® news -- Form Simplicity has announced a new signing platform - Sabal Sign. The new platform will start Tuesday, March 18th. Form Simiplicity users were sent emails on March 11th along with information on how to sign up for the training session. If you missed the email, the information can be found in the Form Simplicity Lightbox message screen.
