We're still accepting team registrations for the Downright Amazin' Race! 

Gather up 3 of your peers (REALTORS® or Affiliates) and get ready to compete in physical & mental challenges to see who is the most Amazing of All!

Teams will be split up into 3 different tracks, with the top team from each track competing at the final round of challenges at the CBR Membership Appreciation Picnic at 5 pm.

$100 per team -- with all proceeds benefitting CBR Membership Travel Scholarships.

Sign up for the SE Region Townhall!  These Town Halls will be hosted by the District Vice Presidents, Wyoming REALTORS Leadership and Staff going over the NAR Settlement and Draft Forms.

NAR has added new material and made updates to the FAQ on facts.realtor. The new material provides further clarity on issues including steering (questions 46-49) and written listing agreements (questions 50-53). The format of the FAQ has also been updated to better display the timing of the latest updates.  The new guidelines go in affect August 17, 2024 -- please be sure you're keeping up-to-date on all the new requirements.  The Cheyenne MLS will have new MLS Rules and Regulations out soon.

We need more volunteers for the 7 pm - 9 pm shift to help pour beer at the first Friday's on the Plaza THIS WEEK - 6/7/2024.  If you can give a couple hours out of your day to help us out -- please register here!
