Whether you're working with buyers new to the area or sellers prepping their home for the market, having a few key fire prevention tips can help protect lives and property—and showcase your value beyond the transaction.

Join the CBR Professional Development Committee for a safety briefing before the MLS Meeting on Wednesday, August 6th at WY Bank & Trust (starting around 8:07 AM).

Representatives from Cheyenne’s Fire Prevention Department will share practical tips and information you can pass along to clients—like how to create a defensible space, check for fire hazards, and prepare for emergencies when needed.

Registration is OPEN - register as an individual, or a team of 4.  You'll also have an opportunity to purchase Mulligans ($10 each, limit of 2 per player)

Help Us Remind Drivers: School Is Back in Session! The Cheyenne Board of REALTORS® is once again partnering with #ForMak to raise awareness about the first day of school for LCSD1—August 25th. We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us remind drivers to slow down and watch for kids as they travel through school zones.

Volunteers will hold brightly colored signs reading “SLOW DOWN – SCHOOL ZONE” and “WATCH FOR KIDS” at key intersections near local schools during both the morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up times. Don’t worry—you won’t be acting as a crossing guard, your role is simply to hold a sign, wave at passing cars, and bring attention to the increased pedestrian activity as school gets back underway.

Signs will be available for pick-up at the Cheyenne Board of REALTORS® office (500 E 18th St) starting August 18th.
