- Public Relations Laramie County Planning Group: Work with a fun team to plan outreach and events that highlight CBR members and expand the REALTOR® presence. Thursday, 2/5 @ 10 am, CBR Office, or join us virtually
- New Member Orientation: Monday, 2/9 @ 9 am.
- Q&A with County Assessor Todd Ernst. Come learn about Property Tax Exemptions and the Property Review and Appeal process with Laramie County Assessor Todd Ernst. Bring your questions and get clear, helpful answers. 2/11 @ 8:05 am, First WY Bank & Trust.
- Professional Development Planning Group: Join our collaborative planning sessions to brainstorm and create education, events, and socials that support members’ success. . Wednesday, 2/11, 11 am, CBR Office or join us virtually.
- Public Policy Planning Group: Work together with fellow members to review City and County updates and plan RPAC education that keeps all members informed. Thursday, 2/12, 10:30 am, CBR Office or join us virtually.

Stay connected with your Association! CBR wants to make sure your contact info is correct!
Log into the Info Hub, take a moment to update your contact info and make sure your email, phone, and mailing address are current. While you’re at it, review your preferences and join the mailing lists for the updates and topics you care about most.
The Association has hired Carma Miller to help update and verify member information—if you’re contacted by Carma, please know she’s working with us and it’s safe to share your information with her.

It’s time to vote for the new name of YOUR Association! The Presidential Advisory Group narrowed 60+ submissions to five finalists, and your vote will help shape our identity. Voting is now open through February 8, 2026— (an email was sent to all voting members Fri, 1/30) review the options and cast your vote. Encourage your REALTOR® friends to vote, and contact the Board Office if you didn’t get the email.

Your REALTOR® Association provides continuing education classes as a member benefit, and we want to know what topics interest you, how you’d like those classes delivered, and the time of year that works best for you.

Please be alert to unusual or inappropriate phone calls. We were recently made aware of a call to one of our members from someone making an inappropriate request, which is a reminder that “creeper” calls do happen. If you receive a call that feels uncomfortable, inappropriate, or suspicious, hang up immediately and report it to your broker and the police. Let's help keep everyone informed and safe.
