Just like when you're working a real estate deal, it's easier when you "know" the REALTOR® on the other side -- we want to "know" our elected officials so when they're discussing issues that affect the real estate business....they'll reach out to YOU and when you need to contact them, it will be like talking to a friend!  It will be FUN!
 
FREE for all elected officials (City Council, County Commissioners, State Senators and Representatives) & those who invested $100 or more in RPAC, $30 for all other members & guests (members' spouses/significant others).  We'll also have a short presentation recognizing our $100+ investors. There will be NO SOLICITING of RPAC investments!  (Not sure how much RPAC $ you invested, contact the CBR Office & we'll help you!)  
 
You can talk politics, real estate, or just "stuff" -- let's build some NEW relationships!

There is still time to vote for your favorite Gingerbread House!  Remember, it's all about raising money for the Salvation Army --- the house that raises the most money wins a prize!  If you have a favorite you really want to win, be sure to vote!  It's OK to ask your friends, family, clients, and acquaintances to vote too -- it's all about doing the most good for Salvation Army! Voting closes at 12 midnight on 12/13

  • Professional Development Committee - Wednesday, Dec 13th, 11 am @ CBR Office
  • Public Policy Committee - Thursday, Dec 14th, 11 am @ CBR Office

Please Note:  As per Cheyenne Board of REALTORS®, Wyoming REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS® bylaws, membership will automatically be terminated for any REALTOR® member who does not pay their 2024 REALTOR® membership dues by December 31, 2023.  If the member chooses to reactivate their membership any time throughout the year in 2024, membership dues will not be pro-rated, the CBR application fee ($400), and Wyoming REALTORS® re-activation fee ($150) will be assessed, and the member must attend the new member orientation class.  Members may pay their dues online through the Info Hub.

12 - 1 pm

The Cheyenne Board of REALTORS® and MLS office will be closed on Monday, December 25th and Monday, January 1st so that staff may celebrate with their families.
