We still have 11 'tis the Season families that need adopting!
Every year the Cheyenne Board of REALTORS®' Public Relations Committee gathers names from Stride, WAFB, and the 153rd AW Airman and Family Readiness Program for our 'Tis the Season program. This year we're expecting 60 families for our members (YOU) to adopt!

Sponsors are asked to provide gifts for each child and Christmas dinner for the family. Some of our members provide all the fixin’s for dinner, others give grocery cards to the family so they can choose a nice Christmas dinner. How much should you give? There is no rule – simply give what you feel in your heart.
We so appreciate your willingness to embrace the spirit of giving and help bring joy to our communities' families this Christmas. |

Did you know it’s illegal to practice law without a license? So how is it that Wyoming REALTORS® can complete contracts for their clients? With legal contract templates, that’s how. With assistance from the WY REALTORS® legal counsel, the Wyoming REALTORS® got approval from the Wyoming State Bar to provide up-to-date contract templates and forms that allows members to simply “fill in the blanks”. Having access to a set of legal contract templates is well worth the $360 you pay annually to the Wyoming REALTORS®!
Clue #7: The Wyoming REALTORS® welcomes your feedback when you have any issues with their forms – they even have a website for you to document your questions and concerns. Take a screenshot of the website where you can report a Forms Issue and email to cbr@cheyennerealtors.com. HINT: The answer is not “calling Jenny or Lisa”. |

3 Essential reminders to keep your REALTOR® Membership active: |

Pay membership dues BEFORE Jan 1, 2025 to avoid your membership being terminated. Log into the Info Hub, or contact the CBR office to pay. |
|
Satisfy NAR's Code of Ethics training before Jan. 1, 2025 to avoid your membership being suspended. |
|
Maintain an active real estate license. Does your license expire 12/31/2024? Did you renew your real estate license (not the same as paying membership dues)? Did you obtain enough continuing education to renew? All these questions can be answered at the WY RE Commission website. |
