Let's play Bingo for Bang & Bling!
- Investors who invest in RPAC or 4WyomingPAC (Yes -- Affiliate members and staff can participate too by investing in 4WyomingPAC) June 21 through Aug 16, and receive a BINGO card(s) from the CBR.
- Play BINGO. Starting July 8th through Aug 19th the CBR Office will call 2 BINGO numbers each week day and email to all players. BONUS: A bonus number will be drawn in-person at the Wednesday MLS meetings. Those who attend the MLS meeting will have an advantage of knowing the bonus #. Bonus #’s will be emailed to all players at the end of the week.
- The first to receive a BINGO in the game type they are playing will be placed into a drawing to win a $600 BANG or BLING prize (1 in 5 chance to win) .
- Players who don’t win the 1st BINGO in each game can still play and when a BINGO is won, they’ll be placed into a drawing to win a $300 BANG or BLING prize.

After reviewing the suggested (required) MLS Rules changes from the NAR settlement, the Cheyenne MLS Board of Directors has adopted the changes and they will be implemented August 1, 2024. On August 1st, all commission fields will be removed from the Paragon system, and rules will be in place to prohibit any communication of compensation to buyer brokers and agents.
In addition, websites receiving data feeds from the MLS are prohibited from displaying compensation offerings from multiple brokers on the same site.
You may request copies of the proposed rule changes and a final draft will be distributed to all MLS participants and subscribers after the CBR Board of Directors has ratified the changes.
