Are you interested in sharpening your negotiation skills?  The RENE certification program gives REALTORS® the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients!  AND.....the class is coming to Cheyenne!

 

Attendees will receive:

  • 16 hours of continuing education credits towards their license renewal
  • RENE Certification to use in their social media, marketing, and promotions.
  • Lunch is provided BOTH days.

  • Learn about behind-the-scenes issues and how to deal with them

For those who have been asking for a CMA class --- this is for you!  This is the nuts and bolts of pricing properties -- not using the software on how to create a pretty CMA........

 

The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is specifically designed to enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

 

What you gain:

  • The purpose and benefits of CMAs, and how to guide clients through them
  • Terminology of pricing and valuation
  • The Code of Ethics as it relates to pricing
  • How to identify appropriate comparables, and where to find information about them
  • The role of supply and demand in pricing

  • Team vs Individual Leadership
  • Fiduciary and Financial Responsibilities
  • Tips to implementing your strategic plan
  • And best practices for leading a meeting.

All members are invited!  Committee members, chair people, co-chair people, and board of directors encouraged to attend!  

 

This will be a LIVE webinar with instructors via ZOOM.  If you as an attendee would like to attend via ZOOM, you can purchase your own link ($65) -- or, join our group in-person at the "watch party" and have FUN with us!  Viewing location TBD.  There are NO CE credits offered for this course.

  • Dues invoices are now available -- just log into the Info Hub and pay online or drop a check/cash off @ the Board Office.
  • Remember the $910 includes local, state, national dues, and a voluntary RPAC contribution.
  • Cheyenne's membership dues are only $360 -- that's less than $1 per day!  
  • The remaining amounts are collected and passed on to the WY REALTORS® ($324) and the National Association of REALTORS® ($201).  If you choose another board because they're "cheaper", you'll have to pay the  WY REALTORS® ($324) and the National Association of REALTORS® ($201) with that board.  Be sure you're comparing local dues to local dues when making the decision on which board to join!
