What do you mean I need to make an appointment? Yes, some homes require agents to make an appointment before showing. Sometimes there are tenants, pets, shift workers, or work-from-home individuals that require REALTORS® to plan ahead when showing those homes. Listing Agents have notated showing instructions in Paragon, please read the Showing Instructions field BEFORE agreeing to show the property to your client and abide by those instructions. This might also be a good time to review NAR's Pathways to Professionalism, a list of professional courtesies meant to complement NAR's Code of Ethics..

Don’t forget to fulfill your Code of Ethics Training Requirement by Dec. 31st!
As required for REALTOR® membership, all REALTORS® must complete at least 2.5 hours of ethics training that meets specific learning objectives and criteria. The current cycle deadline is Dec. 31, 2024. Not sure if you've completed the requirement, click here to check your status.
There are several ways for you to complete the training requirement:
NOTE: Before taking any online course, please contact the CBR Office to determine if it will fulfil the requirements. The course must be sponsored by a local, state, or the National Association of REALTORS® (not all ethics courses are).
