Registration is OPEN for the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) class.

  • Date:  May 16 & 17, 2024 (you must attend BOTH days to qualify for ABR designation and continuing education credits)
  • Approved for 13 hours of WY 'elective' CE credits
  • Time:  9 am - 4:30 pm each day (1 hour lunch break 'on your own')
  • Location:  LCCC, Clay Pathfinder Building, Room 108/109
  • LIVE in-person class (limited to 140 students)
  • Handouts will be provided electronically 1 week before class date.
  • Cost:  FREE for all REALTOR® members. ($100 late cancellation & 'no show' fee)
  • Sponsored by the Cheyenne Board of REALTORS®, Wyoming REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®
  • Taught by Melanie McLane

Registration is open to ALL REALTORS®  -- we expect this class to fill up quickly.  If you find it no longer fits in your schedule after reserving, please cancel.  A $100 fee will be charged to all who cancel after May 9th and all "no shows".

 

If you would rather take the course in a Zoom environment with a LIVE instructor, or study-at-your-pace, visit become.abr.realtor.  NOTE:  there are no CE credits given, but you might be able to petition the WY RE Commission for ce credits using their process.

  1. Click here to make your investment in RPAC
    • 1 for $25, 3 for $50, or 5 for $100
    • If you don't want to use a credit/debit card, bring a check made payable to RPAC to MLS on Wednesday and give to Jenny 
  2. Get your scorecard(s) from Jenny @ MLS on Wednesday
    • Or, visit one of the listings on the Poker Run to purchase your scorecard.
  3. Visit the 5 locations to build your Poker Hand
    • the locations are conveniently mapped on the scorecard you'll receive at the MLS meeting on Wednesday.
    • Not attending the MLS Meeting -- that's OK -- you can purchase your scorecards and start at any one of these locations:

      • 7215 Powderhouse - presented by Rebecca Hess, RE/MAX Capitol Properties
      • 5708 Blue Bluff - presented by Amber Johnson, RE/MAX Capitol Properties

Contributions to RPAC are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amounts indicated are merely guidelines and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amounts. The National Association of REALTORS® and its state and local associations will not favor or disadvantage any member because of the amount contributed or a decision not to contribute. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. Your contribution is split between National RPAC and the State PAC in your state. Contact your State Association or PAC for information about the percentages of your contribution provided to National RPAC and to the State PAC. The National RPAC portion is used to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. 30116.
