Don't forget the Gingerbread House Build-Off!  Right now we only have 4 entries (Lisa & Jenny, First American Title, Becky Minnick, & Guild Mortgage).
  • $20 per entry -- pay your entry fee here.
  • All entries must be 100% edible (except the base -- it can be inedible)
  • Ask your friends & family to vote for your house here (please make sure they enter in the comment field the money to go towards your house) -- the entry with the most $ raised, wins a prize!
  • Each contestant is responsible for bringing their entry to CFD Event Center on Friday, December 8th between 4:30 - 6 pm.

If you haven't paid your 2024 Membership Dues invoice, do so before December 1st to avoid a $50 late fee.  Any member who hasn't paid by 5 pm, Dec. 31st will have their membership terminated.

Just like when you're working a real estate deal, it's easier when you "know" the REALTOR® on the other side -- we want to "know" our elected officials so when they're discussing issues that affect the real estate business....they'll reach out to YOU and when you need to contact them, it will be like talking to a friend!  It will be FUN!
 
So join us, Tuesday, December 12th from 5-7 pm at The Office Bar & Grill.
 
FREE for all elected officials & those who invested $100 or more in RPAC, $30 for all other members & guests (members' spouses/significant others).  We'll also have a short presentation recognizing our $100+ investors. There will be NO SOLICITING of RPAC investments!  (Not sure how much RPAC $ you invested, contact the CBR Office & we'll help you!)
