Born and raised on a dairy farm in Nebraska, Kari developed a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset while working in her family's restaurant. These values continue to shape her approach to real estate, where she finds creative solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Over the years, Kari has helped countless families buy and sell homes, flipped multiple properties, and managed large-scale construction projects nationwide, including waterparks, ballparks, recreation centers, and zoo exhibits.

Kari is deeply committed to her community and has served on various boards and committees, including the Cheyenne Board of Realtors, Cheyenne MLS Board of Directors, and the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Women’s Round Table. She is also a proud graduate of the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.

On a personal level, Kari's roots run deep in Cheyenne, where she and her high school sweetheart, now husband of 29 years, raised their two sons. Both graduated from the University of Wyoming—one with an Engineering degree, now serving as a Nuclear Test Engineer with the Navy, and the other with a Finance degree, now a Realtor in Cheyenne. As a family, they enjoy Wyoming's great outdoors, spending time hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, and camping with their two dogs, a Puggle and a Labrador.

Having experienced multiple relocations firsthand due to her husband’s career with the Department of Defense, Kari understands the complexities families face during the PCS process. This personal experience allows her to offer empathy and insight, ensuring her clients navigate their moves with confidence and ease.
