Kari is a Nebraska-Native and grew up on a Dairy Farm. Her parents didn't think a dairy farm was hard enough work, so they opened a restaurant when she was in the sixth grade. Instead of working 365 days a year on the Dairy Farm, Kari was excited to only work 363 days a year at the Restaurant. She thanks her parents for her hard work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. She says, "Everyone in my family looks at a problem and finds ways to make it work better. If someone says "You can't do that, I know there is a way to get it done. I just have to figure out how."
