Born and raised on a dairy farm in Nebraska, Kari developed a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit while working in her family's restaurant. These values continue to shape her approach to real estate, where she finds creative solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Over the years, she has helped countless families buy and sell homes and has also flipped multiple properties and managed large-scale construction projects across the country, including waterparks, ball parks, recreation centers, and zoo exhibits.

Kari’s community involvement is extensive—she has served on several boards and committees, including the Cheyenne Board of Realtors, Cheyenne MLS Board of Directors and the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Women’s Round Table. She is also a graduate of the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.

Kari’s personal life is deeply rooted in Cheyenne, where she and her high school sweetheart, now husband of 29 years, raised their two sons. Both sons graduated from the University of Wyoming—one with an Engineering degree, now a Nuclear Test Engineer with the Navy, and the other with a Finance degree, now a Realtor in Cheyenne. Kari's family enjoys the Wyoming outdoors, often spending time hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, and camping with their two dogs, a Puggle and a Labrador.

Having experienced the challenges of moving firsthand through her husband’s relocation with the Department of Defense, Kari understands the complexities families face during the PCS process. This empathy and insight inform her real estate work. For Kari, real estate is more than just a career—it’s about building lasting relationships and helping her clients find the place they’ll call home.
